  • 1/2 unit vinegar
  • splash unit water
  • 1/2 tbsp hot sauce
  • to taste unit seasoning
  • 1/2 unit rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 unit bell pepper
  • 1/2 unit onion
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp epis
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup epis water
  • 1/2 tbsp epis mix

Instructions

Prepare the dough by mixing flour, salt, and cold unsalted butter until crumbly. Add cold water as needed to form a dough.

For the fillings, prepare the pikliz by blending slaw mix, julienned onion, yellow onion, garlic, pepper, vinegar, water, hot sauce, and seasoning.
