Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a medium-sized pot.
Add soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic to the broth and let it simmer for 5-8 minutes to infuse the flavors.
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and gently add the eggs. Boil for 6-7 minutes. Immediately transfer them to an ice bath to cool, then peel and set aside.
In the same pot used for boiling eggs, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
Slice the green onions thinly.
In the bowl, place cooked noodles, pour the hot broth over them, and place halved boiled eggs on top.
Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions, salt, and pepper to taste.
