Ingredients

  • 2 large Bananas
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or Oil

Instructions

1

Peel the bananas and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash them thoroughly using a fork until creamy.

2

Crack the eggs into the mashed bananas and whisk together until well combined and smooth.

3

In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the banana and egg mixture, stirring gently until just combined.

4

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil to prevent sticking.

5

Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip with a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown on both sides.

6

Remove the pancakes from the skillet and keep warm. Repeat the cooking process with the remaining batter.

7

Serve the pancakes warm with a drizzle of maple syrup on top. Enjoy your homemade banana pancakes!
