  • 1 bunch Green onions
  • 1/4 cup Mixed fresh herbs (such as dill, parsley, and thyme)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 whole Lemon

Instructions

1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.

Chop the green onions finely and set aside.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 minced garlic clove and sauté for 30 seconds.

6

Add the chopped green onions to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are soft. Add soy sauce and honey to the pan, stirring to combine. Remove from heat.

Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
