  • 12 oz skirt steak
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup grilled bell peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/4 cup lime vinaigrette
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Season the skirt steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
