Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Chicken Breast
  • 4 sheets Puff Pastry
  • 1 oz Bbq Rub
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 1/4 bunch Chopped Parsley
  • 4 slices Colby Jack Cheese
  • 2 whole Eggs

Instructions

Season your Chicken with your favorite BBQ Rub and cook in the Weber Searwood at 350 degrees until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.

In a skillet on medium heat, add butter and onions and sauté until soft, then add in garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add Sun Dried Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Lemon Zest and the juice of the Lemon, Alfredo Sauce, Paprika, Red Pepper Flakes, Italian Seasoning, Parmesan, and chopped Parsley. Sauté until creamy and well incorporated.

Turn off the heat and let cool for 30 minutes.

Lay out a sheet of Puff Pastry and add in the Marry Me filling topped with Colby Jack Cheese. Then top with another layer of Puff Pastry sheet.

Use an egg wash and top with Pork Grinds and Parmesan for added flavor and texture.

Set the Weber Searwood to 400 degrees and cook for about 30 minutes until the Puff Pastry is golden brown and flaky.
