Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Low-sugar granola
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)

Instructions

Start by washing the mixed berries thoroughly under cold running water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into bite-sized pieces.

In a serving glass or bowl, add 1/4 cup of plain whole-milk Greek yogurt as the first layer.

Sprinkle half of the chia seeds over the yogurt layer.

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt. Use half of the berries for this layer.

Add a layer of low-sugar granola (about 1/8 cup) over the berries.

Repeat the layers starting with another 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt.

Sprinkle the remaining chia seeds over this yogurt layer.

Add a final layer of mixed berries on top.

Top with the remaining granola (1/8 cup) to finish the parfait.

If using honey, drizzle 1 tsp on top for extra sweetness.
