Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with half of the fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sprinkle the remaining fajita seasoning over them and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet with the peppers and onions. Squeeze half of the lime over everything and mix well. Remove from heat.
Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until soft and pliable.
Serve the chicken fajitas on top of the warmed corn tortillas. Serve black beans and brown rice on the side. Garnish with lime wedges.
