  • 50 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 40 g granola (oats, nuts, honey)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 sprig fresh mint

Instructions

Gather all your ingredients: Greek yogurt, mixed berries, granola, chia seeds, honey, and a sprig of mint.

In a medium-sized glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt (85g) as the base layer.

Sprinkle half of the mixed berries (25g) over the yogurt.

Add half of the chia seeds (1/2 tsp) on top of the berries.

Drizzle half of the honey (1/2 tsp) over the layers.

Add half of the granola (20g) as the next layer.

Repeat the layers: Add the remaining Greek yogurt, followed by the remaining berries, chia seeds, honey, and granola.

Optionally, garnish the parfait with a fresh mint sprig for an aromatic touch.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to soften slightly and the flavors to meld.
