Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Low-sugar granola
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

Start by washing the strawberries and blueberries under cool running water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Slice the strawberries into smaller pieces if they are large, leaving the blueberries whole.

In a glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt (1/4 cup) as the first layer.

Sprinkle half of the chia seeds (1/2 tbsp) evenly over the yogurt layer.

Add half of the granola (1/8 cup) as the next layer over the chia seeds.

Layer half of the mixed berries (1/4 cup) over the granola.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining Greek yogurt (1/4 cup), followed by 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds, 1/8 cup granola, and the rest of the mixed berries.

Optionally, drizzle 1 tsp of honey on top of the parfait if you desire additional sweetness.

Serve immediately as a healthy breakfast or snack.
