Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add whole-wheat spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Stir occasionally.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the turkey Bolognese sauce. Toss to combine and heat through.
Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and additional salt and pepper to taste.
