Ingredients

  • 200 g plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 75 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 40 g granola (low-sugar)
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix together the plain Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.

Take a serving glass or bowl and spoon a layer of half the yogurt mixture evenly at the bottom.

Sprinkle half of the mixed berries over the yogurt layer.

Add a layer of granola by sprinkling half of it over the berries.

Scatter half of the chia seeds over the granola layer.

Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.

Top with the remaining chia seeds and optional chopped walnuts for extra crunch and flavor.

Serve the parfait immediately to enjoy the crunch of the granola, or refrigerate for up to an hour if you prefer the granola slightly softer.
