Start by boiling a small pot of water. Once boiling, add the baby potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from water and let cool slightly.
In the same boiling water, add the green beans and blanch for 2 minutes. Remove and quickly transfer to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking and retain color.
On a serving plate, arrange mixed greens as a base.
Cut the cooked baby potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on size, and place them over the mixed greens.
Drain the canned tuna and flake it into chunks. Add the tuna over the salad.
Slice the hard-boiled egg and olives. Add them to the salad.
Drizzle the olive oil vinaigrette over the entire salad. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
