Start by measuring out 150 grams of plain 2% Greek yogurt and place it into a mixing bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon (10 g) of chia seeds to the yogurt and mix well until evenly combined.
Add 50 grams of mixed berries to the yogurt mixture. Gently fold to combine, ensuring the berries remain intact.
In a serving glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt and berry mixture.
Drizzle half a tablespoon (10.5 g) of honey over the first yogurt layer.
Add half of the 30 grams (15 g) of granola over the honey-drizzled yogurt.
Layer the remaining yogurt and berry mixture on top of the granola.
Drizzle the remaining half tablespoon (10.5 g) of honey over the second yogurt layer.
Finish by adding the remaining granola (15 g) on top.
Serve immediately for the best texture or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
