Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Drain excess fat from the skillet and return the skillet to the heat.
Season the browned beef with salt, black pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
While the beef is cooking, warm the taco shells according to the package instructions.
Set up a taco assembly station with the cooked beef, taco shells, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
Build each taco by filling a taco shell with a spoonful of beef followed by lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Top with sour cream and salsa as desired.
Serve the tacos hot and enjoy your Taco Night!
