Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the lean ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon, until it's browned and cooked through.
Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the cooked turkey. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes to incorporate the flavors. Remove from heat.
Rinse and drain the black beans and set aside.
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed lettuce greens, corn, black beans, and salsa. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the salad and toss to mix.
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and slice into cubes. Add the avocado to the salad.
Top the salad with the seasoned turkey, mixing gently to distribute the meat evenly throughout.
Garnish with tortilla strips just before serving to maintain their crispy texture. Serve the salad immediately.
