Slice the bell pepper and onion into thin strips.
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon chili powder, salt, and black pepper to taste to create a marinade.
Combine the sliced steak, bell pepper, and onion with the marinade in a bowl. Toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into thin strips.
Assemble the bowls: Divide the cooked steak and vegetables evenly between two bowls. Top each with sliced avocado and 2 tablespoons of salsa.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy your Steak Fajita Bowl!
