Slice the beef thinly against the grain for tenderness.
In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add sliced beef to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
Pour in the stir-fry sauce and soy sauce, stirring everything to combine well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked brown rice to the pan, and mix well with the beef and vegetables. Cook for 2 more minutes until everything is heated through.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds before serving.
