Ingredients

  • 3 pieces whole wheat wraps
  • 1 can canned tuna
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Drain the tuna and place it in a mixing bowl.

Add the 1/4 cup of mayonnaise to the tuna.

Season the tuna and mayonnaise mixture with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Lay the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface.

Spread an even amount of the tuna salad mixture onto each wrap.

Top the tuna mixture with an equal amount of mixed greens and sliced cucumbers.

Carefully roll each wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you go to enclose the filling.

Cut each wrap in half for easier serving.
