Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper evenly on both sides.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6–7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Once cooked, remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice the chicken thinly.
In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.
Add the grilled chicken slices on top of the salad.
Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
Serve immediately as a refreshing and healthy meal.
