Prepare the ingredients by washing the berries thoroughly. If using large strawberries, chop them into bite-sized pieces.
In a glass or serving cup, start by adding half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
Sprinkle half of the chia seeds over the yogurt layer for added texture and nutrition.
Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the chia seeds.
Drizzle half of the honey over the berry layer to add natural sweetness.
Add the rest of the Greek yogurt over the berry layer, smoothing it out with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle the remaining chia seeds over the second yogurt layer.
Top with the remaining mixed berries, creating a colorful layer.
Drizzle the remaining honey over the top layer of berries.
Add a layer of whole-grain granola and sprinkle the chopped almonds on top (if using) for added crunch.
