  • 170 g Plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 100 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 30 g Granola
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

Gather all the ingredients: Greek yogurt, mixed berries, granola, honey, and chia seeds (if using).

In a serving glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt as the first layer.

Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt layer.

Add a layer of mixed berries, using half of the quantity you have. Make sure to distribute them evenly.

Drizzle half of the honey over the berries.

If using chia seeds, sprinkle half of them over the honey layer.

Repeat the layers: add the remaining Greek yogurt, followed by the remaining granola, berries, honey, and chia seeds (if using).
