Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh thyme, and fresh rosemary. Season with salt and black pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and seal the bag or cover the dish. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the preheated grill. Discard the leftover marinade.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
