Ingredients

  • 150 g Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 25 g Rolled oats
  • 100 g Mixed berries
  • 12 g Walnuts
  • 10 g Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the rolled oats with the chia seeds. If desired, add a splash of vanilla extract or a sprinkle of cinnamon to the oats and chia seeds. Stir well to combine.

In a serving glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.

Add the mixed oats and chia seed mixture on top of the yogurt layer, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the oats layer for a crunchy texture.

Layer half of the mixed berries over the walnuts, ensuring an even spread.

Drizzle half of the honey over the berries.

Repeat the layers: add the remaining Greek yogurt, followed by the rest of the walnuts and berries.

Top with the last drizzle of honey for sweetness.
