BreakfastHealthy SnackVegetarianGluten-Free

Ingredients

  • 150 g Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 25 g Rolled oats
  • 100 g Mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 12 g Walnuts
  • 10 g Chia seeds
  • 7 g Honey
  • 1 splash Vanilla or cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

1

Measure out the plain nonfat Greek yogurt and place it into a medium-sized mixing bowl.

2

Add the rolled oats to the yogurt. Stir well to combine. Let this mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the oats to soften slightly.

3

While the yogurt and oats are resting, wash the mixed berries if necessary. Pat them dry gently with a paper towel.

4

In a parfait glass or serving cup, spoon a layer of the yogurt-oat mixture as the base.

5

Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt-oat base, spreading them evenly.

6

Sprinkle half of the chia seeds over the berries layer. If using, add a splash of vanilla or a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.

7

Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt-oat mixture and another layer of berries.

8

Drizzle the honey over the top layer of berries.

9

Roughly chop the walnuts and sprinkle them as the final topping on the parfait.

10
