Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds (optional)

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries under cold running water and pat them dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, hull them and slice them into bite-sized pieces.

In a small bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey until well combined. Taste and add more honey if desired.

In a glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom. Then add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.

Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.

Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, followed by the remaining berries, and then the rest of the granola.

If using, sprinkle the chopped almonds on top for added crunch.
