  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 1 cup Fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the vanilla extract, stirring well to incorporate the flavors.

In serving glasses or bowls, start layering the parfait by spooning 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each glass or bowl.

Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the yogurt, using about 2 tablespoons per glass.

Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries, using about 2 tablespoons per glass.

Drizzle a teaspoon of honey over the granola for added sweetness.

Repeat the layers: Add another 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, followed by berries, granola, and a little honey until the glasses are filled or ingredients are used up.
