BreakfastDessertHealthy

Ingredients

  • 150 g Plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 30 g Rolled oats
  • 100 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 15 g Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

1

Start by preparing the ingredients. Measure out all ingredients precisely and keep them ready for easy assembly.

2

In a small saucepan, lightly toast the rolled oats over medium heat for 2-3 minutes to enhance their flavor. Stir continuously to prevent burning, then remove from heat and let them cool.

3

In a mixing bowl or directly in the serving glass, combine the Greek yogurt with honey and optional vanilla extract. Stir well until evenly combined.

4

Layer the parfait in a glass. Start by adding a layer of yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of toasted oats, then a layer of mixed berries.

5

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of berries on top.

6

Sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top of the final berry layer for added crunch and nutrition.

7

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld together slightly.
