Using a food processor, dice the onions, carrots and spring onions. Then in a separate bowl, combine the ground pork and the diced veggies. Then season using the seasoning mix listed above.
For the wrapper, make sure you separate the sheets before you slice them very thinly. If you skip this step, separating the strands would take forever.
Then, form small meatballs and throw it in the thinly sliced wrappers. Make sure the meatballs are completely covered and compact.
Fry for 6-7 minutes at 325 Fahrenheit.
I used sweet Thai chili sauce for the dip.
