Ingredients

  • 300 g Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 150 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 60 g Granola
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 16 g Sliced almonds

Instructions

Begin by gathering all of your ingredients: Greek yogurt, mixed berries, granola, honey, and sliced almonds.

In a small bowl, combine the mixed berries. You can lightly mash them with a fork if you prefer a juicier texture.

In a clear glass or jar, add a layer of Greek yogurt (about 100 g) at the bottom.

Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt. Use about 50 g of the berries.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the mixed berries layer.

Sprinkle half of the granola (30 g) on top of the berries.

Add another layer of Greek yogurt (100 g) on top of the granola.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining mixed berries (100 g), another teaspoon of honey, and the remaining granola (30 g).

Top with the remaining Greek yogurt (100 g), followed by a sprinkle of sliced almonds (16 g) for an added crunch.
