Gather all ingredients: Greek yogurt, mixed berries, granola, honey, and sliced almonds.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined to add a touch of sweetness.
In serving glasses or bowls, add a layer of the honeyed Greek yogurt to cover the bottom.
Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt. Divide them evenly between the servings, saving a few berries for garnish.
Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries. Use about half of the granola amount divided between the servings.
Repeat the layers: Add another layer of Greek yogurt, another layer of mixed berries, and then a layer of granola.
Top with a final dollop of yogurt, a few saved berries for garnish, and sprinkle the sliced almonds evenly over each serving.
Serve immediately if you prefer the granola crunchy. If you like it slightly soft, let it sit in the fridge for a few minutes before serving.
