Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme. Mix well to make the marinade.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the marinade and mix thoroughly.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the grilled chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps to retain the juiciness.
