Ingredients

  • 300 g Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 150 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 60 g Granola
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 16 g Sliced almonds

Instructions

1

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with 1 teaspoon of honey. Stir together until well-blended and smooth.

In another bowl, gently mix the mixed berries. If using strawberries, slice them into smaller pieces. Keep a few whole berries aside for garnishing.

3

In a glass or parfait dish, spoon a third of the yogurt mixture into the bottom.

4

Add a layer of half the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

5

Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.

6

Repeat the layers by adding another third of the yogurt, the remaining berries, and then the remaining granola.

7

Finish with the last third of the yogurt on top.

8

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the top layer of yogurt.

9

Sprinkle the sliced almonds over the top, and garnish with the reserved whole berries for a decorative finish.

10

Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours if you prefer a colder parfait.
