Total: 15 minutes
DessertBreakfastSnack

Ingredients

  • 150 g Plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 30 g Rolled oats
  • 100 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 15 g Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1

In a small dry skillet, toast the rolled oats over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until they are golden and fragrant. Stir constantly to avoid burning. Remove from heat and let cool.

2

In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract (if using). Stir well to combine.

3

Wash and pat dry the mixed berries. If the strawberries are large, slice them into smaller pieces.

4

In a glass or bowl, start layering the parfait. Begin with a layer of Greek yogurt mixture at the bottom, followed by a layer of toasted oats, and then a layer of mixed berries.

5

Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a topping of mixed berries and a sprinkle of sunflower seeds on top for crunch.

6

Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving for a more refreshing taste.
