Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean, flat surface.
Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of hummus evenly onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Place 1/4 of the sliced turkey breast (2 oz) on each tortilla over the hummus spread.
Divide the fresh spinach evenly among the tortillas, about 1/2 cup per tortilla.
Add 2 tablespoons of shredded carrots on top of the spinach on each tortilla.
Drizzle a small amount of olive oil (approximately 1/4 tablespoon per wrap) over the vegetables.
Season each wrap with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Carefully roll each tortilla tightly to enclose the fillings, starting from one edge and tucking in the sides as you go.
Once rolled, slice each wrap in half diagonally for easier serving.
