Ingredients

  • 400 g Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 200 g Mixed berries
  • 80 g Low-sugar granola
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions

1

Wash the mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.

2

In a medium bowl, stir together the low-fat Greek yogurt and honey until they are well combined and smooth.

3

In each serving glass or bowl, start by layering 1/4 of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.

4

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt. Use about 1/4 of the berries, ensuring an even distribution.

5

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds over the berries in each parfait.

6

Add a layer of low-sugar granola, using 20g for each glass or bowl.

7

Repeat the layers by adding another portion of the yogurt, followed by berries, chia seeds, and granola until all ingredients are used. Finish with a few berries on top for garnish.

8

Serve the parfaits immediately, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes if you prefer them cold. Enjoy!
