Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 0.5 cup Granola
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 5 leaves Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey until well combined. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more honey if desired.

Take two serving glasses or bowls. Add a few spoonfuls of the honeyed yogurt to each glass, spreading it evenly at the bottom.

Layer half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer in each glass.

Sprinkle a tablespoon of granola over the berries in each glass.

Repeat the layers by adding another layer of yogurt, followed by the remaining berries, and finally topping with the remaining granola.

Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey over the top of each parfait for added sweetness.

Optional: Garnish each parfait with fresh mint leaves for added aroma and color.
