In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
Gradually add milk and vanilla extract, whisking until the batter is thin.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of batter, swirling to coat the bottom.
Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
Once all crepes are cooked, layer them with whipped cream and fresh strawberries in between.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
