Prepare all the ingredients by searing the tuna, boiling the potatoes, blanching the green beans, and hard-boiling the egg if you haven't done so already. Make sure all components are cool to room temperature or lightly chilled if preferred.
Arrange 4 cups of lettuce on a large plate or salad bowl as the base.
Slice the hard-boiled egg into wedges.
Distribute the halved boiled potatoes and blanched green beans evenly over the lettuce.
Add the olives and the egg wedges on top of the salad.
Slice or leave the seared tuna steak as a whole piece and place it on top of the salad.
Drizzle the light vinaigrette over the entire salad.
Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Toss everything lightly if you prefer it mixed, or leave it plated as arranged.
