In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, season with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
While the turkey is cooking, prepare the cauliflower rice. In another skillet, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat and add the cauliflower rice. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes until it's slightly tender. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Once the turkey is cooked, add 50g of salsa to the skillet and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 2 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Dice the avocado into small cubes. Chop the cilantro for garnish.
Assemble the bowl by placing the cooked cauliflower rice at the base. Add the salsa-flavored turkey on top, followed by the diced avocado. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
