  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • to taste N/A Salt
  • to taste N/A Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 100 g Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

1

Peel and cut the potatoes into even-sized chunks. Place them in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

2

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter and milk, and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and carrots, sauté for 5 minutes until softened.

7

Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

9

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.

10

Let the cottage pie rest for 5 minutes before serving.
