Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 3/4 cup granola
  • 3 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the berries. Gently toss to mix the berries evenly.

3

Prepare three glasses or bowls for serving.

4

Start layering the parfait by adding 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt into each glass, spreading it evenly at the bottom.

5

Add a layer of mixed berries (approximately 1/3 cup) on top of the yogurt in each glass.

6

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the berry layer in each glass.

7

Optionally, drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup over the granola in each glass.

8

Repeat the layers: add another layer of 1/2 cup Greek yogurt in each glass, followed by 1/3 cup berries, and 2 tablespoons of granola.

9

Top with any remaining berries and a sprinkle of granola.

10

Optionally, add a sprinkle of chopped nuts and a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor and texture.
