In a large bowl combine all ingredients listed for hamburger patties. Shape into patties of desired thickness.
On a high heat fry patties for about 2-3 mins on each side or until a nice crust forms or until cooked through.
Chop your vegetables (onions, garlic and mushrooms). Transfer into the same pan used to fry the patties. Saute until vegetables are slightly browned.
Add in flour and cook for about 1 min then pour in beef stock.
Add in ketchup, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, whole grain mustard, and green pepper. Mix until gravy forms.
Serve burger patties on top of cooked rice, pour over mushroom gravy and top with fried egg and onions and enjoy!
