Ingredients

  • 4 cups Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups Mixed berries
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts

Instructions

1

In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries with 2 tablespoons of honey. Gently toss to coat the berries evenly. Let them sit for a few minutes to absorb the honey's sweetness.

2

Gather your parfait glasses or bowls. Place a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt at the bottom of each glass, spreading it evenly.

3

Add a layer of the honey-coated mixed berries over the yogurt in each glass. Use about half of the berries you've prepared.

4

Sprinkle some granola over the berries, followed by a small handful of chopped walnuts. Use about half of the granola and walnuts you have.

5

Repeat the layers by adding more Greek yogurt, followed by the remaining honey-coated mixed berries, granola, and walnuts.

6

Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of honey evenly over the top of each parfait.

7

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving to allow flavors to meld. Enjoy your refreshing and nutritious Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait!
