  • 300 g Greek yogurt
  • 150 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 60 g Granola
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 16 g Sliced almonds

Instructions

Begin by washing the mixed berries gently under cold running water. Pat them dry using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

In a medium-sized bowl, add the Greek yogurt. Stir gently to ensure it's smooth and creamy.

Take half of the mixed berries and layer them evenly at the bottom of two parfait glasses or bowls.

Spoon half of the Greek yogurt over the layer of berries in each glass.

Drizzle one teaspoon of honey over the yogurt in each parfait glass.

Evenly distribute half of the granola over the honey-drizzled yogurt in each glass.

Layer the remaining mixed berries over the granola in each parfait glass.

Spoon the remaining Greek yogurt over the mixed berries, dividing it evenly between the two glasses.

Drizzle the remaining honey over the top layer of yogurt in each glass.
