Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

In a small mixing bowl, add the plain Greek yogurt. If desired, stir in 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor.

Wash the berries thoroughly and gently pat them dry using a paper towel. Slice the strawberries into smaller pieces if they are large.

Take a serving glass or bowl. Spoon half of the Greek yogurt mixture into the bottom of the glass or bowl.

Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt in the glass.

Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries layer.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining Greek yogurt, followed by the remaining mixed berries.

Drizzle the honey evenly over the top layer of berries.

Finish by sprinkling the remaining granola and the chopped almonds on top for added crunch and flavor.

Serve immediately as a healthy and refreshing breakfast or snack.
