Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Gather all your ingredients and have them ready on the countertop.

Spoon 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of 4 parfait glasses or bowls.

Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt in each glass, using around 1/4 cup per glass.

Drizzle about 1/2 tablespoon of honey over the berries in each glass.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granola over the honey and berries to add a nice layer of crunch.

Repeat the layering process with another 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt per glass, another layer of mixed berries, 1/4 cup of granola, and finally a drizzle of the remaining honey on top.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours if you prefer the parfaits to be chilled.
