In a bowl, combine 1/4 tsp each of ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp with the spice mixture until well coated.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
In a separate bowl, mix 80 g shredded cabbage with 1 tbsp lime juice and a pinch of salt to make a simple slaw. Set aside.
Mash 1/2 avocado in a small bowl and mix with 1 tbsp sour cream or yogurt, the juice from half a lime, and 1/4 cup chopped cilantro to make the avocado cream.
Heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame for 10-20 seconds per side, until warm and pliable.
Assemble the tacos by placing a layer of cabbage slaw on each tortilla, followed by the cooked shrimp. Top with a dollop of avocado cream and additional cilantro leaves if desired.
