Ingredients

  • 170 g plain Greek yogurt (0-2% fat)
  • 40 g granola
  • 100 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 10 g chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces if they are too large.

Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into a glass or small serving bowl, spreading it evenly.

Layer half of the mixed berries over the yogurt.

Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries layer.

Drizzle half of the honey over the granola layer.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining Greek yogurt, then the rest of the berries, followed by the rest of the granola.

Top the parfait with the remaining honey, chopped walnuts, and sprinkle chia seeds on top if using.

Serve immediately as a healthy breakfast or a delightful snack.
