Ingredients

  • 300 g Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 150 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 60 g Granola
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 16 g Sliced almonds

Instructions

Take a serving glass or bowl, and add 100 g of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

Layer half of the mixed berries (75 g) on top of the yogurt.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the berries to add sweetness.

Sprinkle 30 g (about 1/4 cup) of granola over the berries and yogurt layer.

Add another layer of Greek yogurt using the remaining 200 g, spreading it evenly.

Top with the remaining mixed berries (75 g).

Drizzle the remaining 1 teaspoon of honey over the top layer of berries.

Finish the parfait by sprinkling the sliced almonds (16 g) on top for added crunch.
